B2Tech is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Promotions Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional campaigns across our Sports and Casino verticals.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Promotional Coordination & Execution
  • Support the setup and execution of Sports & Casino promotions.
  • Help maintain the promotions calendar and assist with campaign planning.

• Customer Engagement & Personalization
  • Work with the CRM team to run retention campaigns.
  • Stay aware of market trends and competitor activity.

• Collaboration & Process Support
• Coordinate with internal teams to share campaign details.
• Assist with basic reporting and learn to evaluate campaign results.
  

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical Skills
  • 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, CRM, or promotions.
  • Basic understanding of customer segmentation and campaign tools.
  • Familiarity with using spreadsheets and basic data tools.
  • Willing to learn how to track and improve campaign performance.

• Soft Skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Fast-learner who is proactive and driven to expand skills and knowledge.
