Commercial Manager
As ServTech continues to grow across Africa, we’re looking for a Commercial Manager to lead local operations and drive business success on the ground.
You’ll work closely with the Country Manager , with support from our central teams.
YOUR IMPACT
Lead day-to-day retail operations and ensure sales targets are met across stores and agents.
Design and implement agent incentive models tailored to local market conditions.
Identify and launch new retail points and agent networks through market mapping and field analysis.
Ensure compliance with local laws, licenses, and gaming regulations.
Negotiate and manage supplier and partner contracts to support business goals.
Support recruitment of local teams across Retail, HR, IT, Marketing, and Accounting.
Train and mentor staff and agents on product knowledge, tools, and sales strategies.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform pricing, marketing, and expansion.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
BA or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years in B2C operations or retail management, ideally in African markets.
Fluent in English.
Strong skills in Excel, budgeting, and reporting.
Excellent project and stakeholder management experience.
Very good soft skills, highly adaptable, analytical, and proactive.
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
