B2Tech is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage high-level financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. You will play a strategic role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while guiding junior finance team members and supporting key business decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Oversee and maintain general ledger integrity and accuracy.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations, including:
• Debtors / Creditors reconciliation
• Bank reconciliation
• Daily / monthly accounts review
• Prepare management accounts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
• Support financial reporting, audits, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors to streamline financial operations and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to improvements in financial systems, processes, and internal controls.

WHAT MAKES YOU RIGHT FOR THE ROLE:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA/ACA/CFA certification is an asset.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
