B2Tech is seeking an HR & Administrative Coordinator to support our HR welfare initiatives, office management, and supplier coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and wants to develop their career in HR and office administration.
What you will do (HR):
HR & Employee Welfare Support
- Assist in implementing and maintaining employee welfare programs.
- Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help maintain and update HR records and documentation.
What you will do (Administrative COORDINATOR):
Office Management & Maintenance
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, organized, and fully functional.
- Manage office supplies, coordinate orders, and track inventory.
- Handle office-related service providers (cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.).
Supplier & Vendor Coordination
- Maintain relationships with office suppliers and service providers.
- Process invoices, purchase requests, and contract renewals.
- Ensure cost-effective and quality procurement processes.
Administrative & Communication Support
- Manage office communication, including emails and correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Support internal coordination between different departments.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Experience of 1+ years as HR Support, Office Assistant, Secretary, Personal Assistant.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Science.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
