We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to drive performance across both retail and online gaming operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily performance of retail locations and online operations.

• Manage retail logistics, inventory allocation, equipment, and vendor relationships.

• Monitor online platform performance, payment gateways, and customer support processes.

• Track key operational KPIs, including conversion rates, transaction performance, service levels, and inventory discrepancies.

• Manage operational budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.

• Work closely with Technology, Product, Finance, Customer Support, and Compliance teams.

• Ensure compliance with relevant gaming regulations, internal procedures, and responsible gaming standards.

• Lead and support retail managers, logistics teams, and online operations staff to achieve business targets and agreed service levels.

• Prepare regular operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of operational management experience across retail and online environments.

• Previous experience in gaming, betting, e-commerce, retail, or another high-volume transactional industry.

• Proven experience managing physical inventory alongside digital platforms and payment processes.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing teams, budgets, suppliers, and operational KPIs.

• Familiarity with ERP, POS, e-commerce, or operational reporting systems.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• A good understanding of gaming regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
