Global Social Media Manager
B2Tech is seeking a Global Social Media Manager to strengthen our brand presence, grow engaged communities, and turn social media activity into measurable business impact.
You will own the company’s social media strategy across multiple brands and markets, ensuring a consistent approach while adapting content to local market needs.
Working as part of the Marketing team, you will collaborate with Product, Local teams, and internal Marketing functions to plan content, guide local execution, and ensure all social media activity supports the company’s goals, brand standards, regulatory requirements, and responsible gaming principles.
This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity, commercial thinking, and strong execution in a fast-paced, international environment.
YOUR IMPACT
Develop and execute social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, community growth, and customer acquisition across multiple markets.
Plan, create, and deliver engaging organic content to support product launches, campaigns, promotions, and major sporting events.
Collaborate with CRM, Acquisition, Product, Design, and regional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across social channels.
Manage and grow online communities while protecting brand reputation and ensuring responsible gaming messaging is reflected where relevant.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, platform updates, and audience behaviour to identify new opportunities for growth.
Track, analyse, and report on social media performance, using insights to continuously improve content, engagement, and campaign results.
Ensure content is locally relevant for each market while maintaining consistency across all brands and platforms.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years of social media marketing experience within iGaming, sports betting, gaming, fintech, or another fast-paced digital industry.
Proven experience managing social media channels across multiple brands, products, or international markets.
Strong knowledge of key social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Good understanding of content strategy, community management, audience engagement, and social media best practices.
Hands-on experience using social media analytics and reporting tools, including Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, to measure performance and improve content effectiveness.
Experience using AI tools for content creation, automation, workflow optimisation, scheduling, or social media management.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Fluency in English
NICE TO HAVE
Experience promoting sportsbook, casino, or online gaming products.
Fluency in Greek, French, or Portuguese.
Familiarity with third-party scheduling, social listening, and content tools such as Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or Canva.
