IT Support Engineer
The IT Support Engineer will manage, troubleshoot, and secure the company’s computer networks, hardware, and software. This role supports employees with technical issues, manages user access in Microsoft Entra ID, supports Microsoft 365, and helps ensure business operations run smoothly and securely.
YOUR IMPACT:
Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including password resets, account creation, user access management, OUs, and Group Policies.
Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk tickets for employee technical issues.
Support Windows and macOS devices, hardware/software deployments, and endpoint troubleshooting.
Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Office 365, Google Workspace, Citrix VDI, and basic cloud environments.
Perform basic network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, VPN, and connectivity issues.
Track IT assets, document solutions, manage inventory, and ensure endpoint compliance.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Entra ID.
Good understanding of TCP/IP networking, VPN management, and cloud services such as M365 and AWS.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Teams, Microsoft Office 365, and AI tools.
Strong communication, patience, time management, and ability to support non-technical users.
