B2Tech is building a new In-House Games Team and is seeking a Director of Games to lead this strategic initiative from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a proprietary casino content function inside a well-funded, ambitious business.

You will define the game roadmap, lead external studios and partners, and play a central role in building a scalable in-house games capability over time.

The role is suited to someone who brings deep casino content experience, strong product judgment, and a commercial instinct for building games that perform.

YOUR IMPACT

• Define and lead the strategic roadmap for our in-house games portfolio.

• Identify the right game opportunities based on data, market demand, and commercial potential.

• Lead external studios and partners to deliver high-quality games at pace.

• Work closely with key internal stakeholders to maximise visibility, positioning, and performance.

• Use performance insights to shape smarter content decisions and improve outcomes.

• Help reduce dependency on third-party providers by growing proprietary content.

• Build the foundations for a scalable long-term games capability.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in casino games, casino content, or game studio environments.

• Strong background in product leadership, with clear commercial awareness.

• Track record of launching games from concept through delivery.

• Experience managing external studios, vendors, or production partners.

• Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle and its core dependencies.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

• Able to introduce structure and process without losing agility.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent English

NICE TO HAVE

• Stronger commercial or revenue-driven experience.

• Experience evaluating RGS or related platform decisions.

• Exposure to African gaming markets.

• Additional regional language skills.
