Sports Promotions Manager
As Online Sports Promotions Manager, you would be responsible for shaping and executing promotional strategies that attract, engage, and retain players within a B2C online sports environment.
Acting as the voice of the customer, you will leverage insights into player motivations and behaviors to design and deliver impactful, multichannel campaigns that drive engagement, satisfaction, retention, and key business KPIs.
YOUR IMPACT
Promotional Strategy Development
Develop and implement comprehensive promotional strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify effective promotional tactics.
Create engaging and targeted promotions to attract new players and drive customer loyalty.
Utilize data analytics to track the effectiveness of promotions.
Marketing and Promotions
Management of global sports promotions marketing plan.
Maintaining a consistent brand identity and messaging for the sports product.
Campaign Execution
Work closely with CRM team in the planning, execution, and evaluation of promotional campaigns across various channels (e.g., SMS, inbox, pop-ups etc).
Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Track campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
Player Segmentation and Targeting
Work closely with CRM team to align promotions with player segments.
Develop targeted promotions tailored to specific player segments to maximize engagement and conversion.
A/B Testing and Optimization
Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the performance of different promotional elements (e.g., SMS content, call-to-actions, visuals etc).
Continuously optimize promotional campaigns based on test results to improve effectiveness.
Budget Management
Manage the promotional budget and allocate funds effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
Track and analyze promotional expenses to ensure ROI.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2–3 years managing sports promotions and campaigns.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Solid knowledge of sports betting products, including pre-match and live offerings.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all campaigns and reporting.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Experience in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations to stakeholders.
Proven experience in managing and owning budgets effectively.
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Well-developed negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English (native or professional proficiency).
