Strategize: Partner with managers to define success and lead our hiring roadmap.
Influence: Drive decisions across Tech, Marketing, Product, Program Management, and others.
Build: Source and close top-tier international talent that aligns with our values.
Inspire: Expand awareness of our brand among aspiring talent.
YOUR PROFILE:
Full-Cycle Recruiter: At least 2–3 years of experience in fast-paced environments.
Sourcing Expert: High proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter (AI tools are a plus).
Communicator: Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders globally.
Languages: Fluent English (Greek or Russian is a major advantage).
NICE-TO-HAVE:
Experience with building teams in iGaming or other fintechs with high-load platforms.
Proven experience applying AI to automate recruitment processes.
