We are seeking for a highly skilled and driven Senior Product Manager to lead the product vision and execution of our core Sportsbook Feeds & Trading System.

As the product owner, you will play a central role in shaping the systems' integrations and operational tools that power our business across 20+ countries.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Own the Core Engine: Lead the product strategy for our sportsbook platform, ensuring high availability, speed, and accuracy across feed integrations, bet placement, and settlement processes.

• Define the Product Roadmap: Translate business goals into a challenging roadmap based on operational needs, ROI, system performance insights, and market expansion opportunities.

• Empower Internal Teams: Partner closely with Risk, Trading, and Operations stakeholders to build and optimize internal tooling.

• Optimize Complex Flows: Analyze system performance, feed latency, and transactional data to identify opportunities for backend optimization and risk mitigation.

• Drive Product Requirements: Write clear product requirements using Agile methodology, mapping out complex logic, API integrations, and data flows.

• Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with R&D architects and engineers to define system logic and ensure seamless integration of third-party sports data feeds.

• Ensure Delivery & Quality: Ensure high-quality delivery of platform features, track operational impact post-launch, and iterating based on quantitative results and stakeholder feedback.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong passion for sports betting and deep industry knowledge

• 3+ years Product Management experience in iGaming particular in sportsbook.

• Proven experience driving large-scale products from ideation to launch and adoption.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and experience working with tools like Jira.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a product roadmap and deliver measurable business impact.

• Solid analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for simple, elegant solutions.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
