B2Tech is seeking a Head of B2B to lead our client-facing marketing function in the iGaming/Gambling environment.
This role owns day-to-day client communication and marketing strategy execution, drives CRM and lifecycle marketing performance, and coordinates closely with our Acquisition team to ensure aligned planning, delivery, and results.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Promotional Strategy
Develop and implement promotional strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market and competitor research to inform tactics.
Create targeted, engaging promotions to acquire players and drive loyalty.
Use analytics to measure performance and iterate.
Oversee casino lobby management.
Marketing & Brand
Own the casino promotions marketing plan.
Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging for the casino product.
Partner with the Casino Manager on game-specific and provider-specific promotions.
Campaign Execution
Work with the CRM team to plan, launch, and evaluate multi-channel campaigns.
Coordinate with marketing, design, and tech teams for seamless delivery.
Monitor results and optimize in-flight.
Segmentation & Targeting
Align promotions with defined player segments in partnership with CRM.
Build targeted offers to maximize engagement and conversion.
A/B Testing & Optimization
Run A/B tests on promotional elements.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on insights to improve effectiveness.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
3-5+ years in marketing, with strong B2B/client-facing experience (iGaming a big plus).
Proven ownership of CRM/lifecycle marketing (segmentation, journeys, campaign ops, reporting).
Experience working closely with Acquisition teams and aligning full-funnel strategy.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, cohorts, and campaign evaluation.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
NICE TO HAVE:
iGaming/Gambling industry experience (sportsbook/casino/lottery) and promo mechanics knowledge.
Experience with Optimove CRM tool.
Understanding of attribution/tracking basics and marketing compliance constraints.
