Head of Casino Product
As Head of Casino Product at B2Tech, you will own the global Casino vision, strategy and performance across all partner brands and markets, with a strong focus on Africa and other global emerging markets.
B2Tech is a B2B platform provider, and this role is focused on ensuring the success of our partners’ Casino brands by delivering a scalable, high performing, mobile first Casino product.
You will be responsible for building and scaling a best-in-class Casino experience tailored to fast growing, mobile-led and diverse markets.
You will act as B2Tech’s Casino product authority, combining strong commercial thinking with deep product expertise, while working closely with partners, local market leaders, marketing, product, data, design and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the global Casino strategy, aligned with B2Tech business objectives and partner growth plans in Africa and other global emerging markets.
Own the Casino product vision, roadmap and execution, with clear success metrics, ROI, and performance tracking focused on partner success.
Own and continuously optimize Casino lobby personalization, content placement and content performance, using data driven segmentation, player behavior and local market insights.
Manage the full Casino content portfolio, including game selection, positioning, performance and lifecycle, working closely with our partners’ marketing teams.
Lead Casino lobby strategy, discovery flows and personalization models to maximize engagement, session length and retention across partner brands.
Drive continuous product innovation and UX improvements in collaboration with design and research teams, adapted to low bandwidth, device diversity and local usage habits.
Use player data, analytics and market insights to optimize conversion, engagement and lifetime value across regions and player segments.
Work closely with partners and local market managers to balance global strategy with local regulations, promotions and cultural preferences.
Work with business development to jointly own Casino supplier relationships, integrations and commercial partnerships, ensuring relevance and scalability for emerging markets.
Track competitor activity, market trends and player behavior to identify opportunities for differentiation that benefit our partners.
Build, lead and scale a high performing Casino product team capable of supporting multiple partners, markets, and brands.
Skill Requirements:
Director/VP-level iGaming product leader with 10+ years’ experience and strong Casino background, ideally in emerging or regulated markets.
Proven track record of driving Casino growth and engagement in mobile first environments.
Deep understanding of Casino games, mechanics, features and content providers.
Strong commercial mindset with solid analytical and data driven decision making skills.
Experience owning and delivering complex product roadmaps across multiple markets and partners.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working in a B2B environment and with local market teams.
Experience building and leading product teams in fast-growing organizations.
Passion for creating simple, reliable, and engaging Casino experiences that enable partner success.
