B2Tech is looking for an SEO specialist with deep expertise in link-building to boost our organic growth.

In this role, you’ll plan and execute link-building campaigns that drive visibility, rankings, and high-quality traffic.

You bring sharp analytical skills, a solid grasp of on-page and off-page SEO, and a hands-on, test-and-learn mindset.

YOUR IMPACT:

Manage up to multiple projects simultaneously (landing pages/websites across different GEOs).
Develop and execute link-building strategies tailored to specific projects, GEOs, and keyword semantics.
Build a diverse link profile (not limited to guest posts/outreach), selecting the optimal mix of links based on project goals and the website’s lifecycle stage.
Plan and manage PBN placements (selection and evaluation of networks and donor sites).
Track and maintain records of all placements and their statuses.
Work with vendors / outsourced teams when needed: task assignment and quality control.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of experience in link building, preferably in competitive niches (iGaming / betting/affiliate).
Experience managing multiple projects in parallel (ideally 6–8+).
Strong understanding of how to build and manage a mixed link profile (anchors, link velocity, source diversity), not limited to outreach or guest posting only.
Experience or solid understanding of PBNs (site/network selection, placement planning) and/or tiered link-building approaches is a strong advantage.
Ability to maintain clear reporting and work in alignment with a defined strategy.
