We are seeking for a highly skilled and driven Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Sports vertical.
As the owner of our online sports betting experience, you will play a central role in shaping the products, features, and tools that power one of our most critical business pillars.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Own the end-to-end sports betting experience

• Lead the full user experience ensuring a fast, intuitive, and seamless sports product.

• Translate business goals into a clear roadmap based on customer needs, ROI, data insights, and market opportunities.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Risk, BI, R&D, Trading, Operations, and Marketing.

• Analyse bettor behaviour, funnel performance, trends, and product interactions.

• Identify opportunities through qualitative and quantitative research to optimize the sports betting journey.

• Write clear product requirements using Agile methodology (themes, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).

• Work closely with R&D and designers to create mockups, user flows, prototypes, and detailed product specifications.

• Ensure high-quality delivery, track performance post-launch, and iterate based on results.

• Partner with Marketing teams to develop sports-focused engagement and retention strategies across all brands.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong passion for sports betting and deep industry knowledge

• 3+ years Product Management experience in iGaming particular in sportsbook.

• Proven experience driving large-scale products from ideation to launch and adoption.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and experience working with tools like Jira.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a product roadmap and deliver measurable business impact.

• Solid analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for simple, elegant solutions.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
