Affiliate Team Lead
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Team Lead to join B2Tech and own the strategy, growth and performance of our affiliate channel. You will lead a small but growing team, manage a diverse portfolio of affiliates across multiple markets, and drive ROI-focused acquisition for our Online Casino and Online Sports Betting products.
This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll manage existing affiliates, expand and diversify the portfolio, use data and BI tools to optimize performance, and represent B2Tech at key industry conferences worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor and support a team of 3 affiliate specialists.
- Plan team structure and recruit additional team members within the first 3 months.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback and ensure the team meets performance targets.
- Affiliate Portfolio Management
- Manage day-to-day relationships with existing affiliates across multiple markets.
- Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates to diversify the portfolio and reduce dependency on a few partners.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid), ensuring they are aligned with ROI targets and budget.
- Performance & Data Analysis
- Use Excel, Looker (BI) and internal dashboards to monitor performance for Casino and Sports Betting.
- Work with the existing reports provided by the Head of Acquisition to set up and run analysis campaigns.
- Identify underperforming partners, opportunities for growth and optimization, and implement actions to improve ROI and key KPIs (FTDs, NGR, LTV, etc.).
- Strategy, Planning & Budget Management
- Contribute to the overall affiliate strategy and monthly/quarterly plans.
- Allocate and monitor the affiliate management budget, ensuring effective spend and positive ROI.
- Provide regular performance updates, forecasts and recommendations to the Head of Acquisition and management.
- Market & Industry Presence
- Represent B2Tech at multiple affiliate and iGaming conferences each year, building and strengthening partner relationships.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes, with a particular eye on emerging regions such as Africa.
Requirements
- 5+ years overall experience in Affiliate Marketing, with a strong focus on iGaming.
- Minimum 1+ year experience managing a team of Affiliates.
- Proven experience working with Online Casino and Online Sports Betting brands (ideally both).
- Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel skills and solid experience using Looker (BI) or similar tools.
- Comfortable working with dashboards, reports and large data sets to make decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in growing and diversifying an affiliate portfolio and delivering positive ROI.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Additional languages are an advantage.

- Direct experience with African markets in iGaming.
- Existing strong network of affiliates in Casino and Sports Betting.
- Experience working with multi-brand, multi-market setups.
