CRM Specialist (French Speaker)

We’re seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to build and maintain strong customer relationships, drive user growth, and maximize client satisfaction through data-driven strategies.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus copywriting expertise to plan and craft effective campaign content.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Own the end-to-end CRM strategy: plan, manage, and deliver lifecycle initiatives.

  • Create campaign content (French) and coordinate assets and timelines.

  • Lead retention campaigns from concept to execution and post-campaign analysis.

  • Partner with marketing, customer service, and operations to drive a customer-first approach and loyalty.

  • Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.

  • Use segmentation, insights, and data analysis to deepen understanding of the customer base.

  • Track and interpret marketing metrics (e.g., conversion rates, web analytics) to optimize performance.

  • Keep customers informed about new products and offers to support growth.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

  • Identify improvements and recommend actions to enhance CRM effectiveness.


WHAT MAKES YOU RIGHT FOR THE ROLE:

  • Copywriting expertise (must-have) with strong written communication.

  • Fluent/native French and English.

  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving.

  • Solid knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

  • Experience creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.

  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management.
