Marketing & Operations Executive
The Marketing & Operations Executive supports integrated marketing campaigns while ensuring smooth day-to-day operational and administrative efficiency across brand, product, and customer-facing activities. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives and business operations, ensuring campaigns and projects are executed smoothly and deliver maximum impact, enhancing both operational & commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Integrated Marketing Execution
- Assist in planning and executing 360° campaigns across BTL, influencer, retail, and experiential channels.
- Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and dependencies to ensure seamless delivery.
- Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to deliver on-brand communication and assets.
- Track campaign performance, KPIs, ROI, and market trends, sharing actionable insights.
- Conduct routine market visits to assess visibility, retail performance, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular performance reports and maintain campaign trackers, checklists, and budgets.
- Ensure timely approvals and documentation for all campaigns and activations.
2. Operations & Coordination
- Develop and refine operational processes to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and compliance.
- Liaise across marketing, product, finance, and customer support for smooth campaign execution.
- Oversee stock, equipment, and promotional resources.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Monitor operational performance, identify risks, and ensure compliance with policies.
Qualifications & Competencies
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, operations, or a combined role.
Core Competencies:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
- Hands-on, execution-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
- Solid understanding of integrated marketing channels.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- High attention to detail and process discipline.
