SEO Team Lead
B2tech is seeking a highly skilled, technical, and commercially driven SEO Team Lead with proven experience in the iGaming sector.
The successful candidate will lead our SEO strategy, both onsite and offsite, driving sustainable organic growth across multiple international markets.
You will manage a team of SEO specialists, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and leverage cutting-edge tools and methodologies to maximize visibility, traffic, and conversions in a regulated, competitive industry.
YOUR IMPACT:
Leadership & Strategy
- Define, implement, and own the global SEO strategy for iGaming products and services.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SEO specialists and content strategists.
- Put in place a best-in-class team structure to drive growth in the SEO channel
- Align SEO initiatives with business objectives, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
- Present SEO performance, insights, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Be an SEO thought leader who can implement new ideas and who is at one with the ever-changing SEO landscape
SEO Operations & Execution
- Oversee technical SEO audits, on-page optimizations, and off-page strategies.
- Drive keyword research, competitive benchmarking, and content planning for international markets.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure websites meet technical SEO best practices (Core Web Vitals, crawlability, schema, etc.).
- Guide content teams to create optimized, high-quality, compliant copy across multiple channels.
- Drive non-branded growth and ensure high-placed SERPs for non-branded terms
iGaming Industry Focus
- Ensure SEO strategies comply with gaming regulations and advertising standards in various jurisdictions.
- Optimize websites and landing pages for high-intent sports betting and casino keywords with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
Analytics & Performance
- Manage SEO reporting frameworks using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent.
- Analyze user behavior, traffic trends, and conversion funnels to identify growth levers.
- Define and track KPIs (rankings, organic sessions, conversion rates, CAC impact).
- Implement continuous A/B testing for SEO and content initiatives.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years’ experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success leading SEO in the iGaming sector.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and international SEO.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics for SEO troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience in multi-language / multi-region SEO.
- Knowledge of CRO, UX, and how SEO integrates with paid media and social strategies.
- Familiarity with structured data, rich snippets, and advanced schema implementation.
- Understanding of AI-driven SEO tools and content automation platforms.
- Exposure to CRM-driven campaigns and marketing automation in financial services.
