Join B2Tech is seeking a proactive, hands‑on IT & SecOps Team Lead to manage both our multi‑site infrastructure and security operations, driving reliability, efficiency, and protection across our global platform.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Oversee IT operations and infrastructure across Cyprus, Israel, and Albania — ensuring uptime, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Lead daily security operations and incident response for our high-transaction, always-on platform.
• Manage Windows and Linux environments as well as AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor and tune EDR, WAF, Zero-Trust, and bot-protection systems (e.g., SentinelOne, Cloudflare).
• Drive threat hunting, vulnerability remediation, endpoint hardening, and infrastructure hardening.
• Establish and enforce security best practices; create runbooks and foster a security-first culture.
• Supervise and mentor IT Site Managers and SecOps engineers/analysts across teams.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 5+ years in IT infrastructure and security operations, with 2+ years in a leadership role (IT or SOC).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows & Linux environments, AWS (cloud operations), EDR/SIEM tools (e.g., SentinelOne), and Cloudflare or equivalent. Hands-on experience with incident management, threat response, and system hardening.
• Leadership: Proven ability to drive multi-site IT operations; manage cross-functional teams; communicate across geographies.
• Preferred: Exposure to gaming, betting, or financial platforms. Knowledge of IaC, Kubernetes security, or formal security certifications (e.g., GCIH, OSCP, CISSP) is a plus.
