Conversion Manager
We are seeking a CRO to manage and optimize the digital customer journey across all online channels.
The CRO will drive measurable improvements in conversion rates using data-driven strategies, testing methodologies, and UX best practices.
This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital user behavior, and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities also include programmatic process management to ensure scalable and efficient performance optimization.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive conversion optimization strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities across web, mobile, and other digital channels to maximize conversion rates.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate site changes, new features, and user flow improvements.
- Provide support, feedback, and documentation for the QA team during testing cycles and project releases.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor site performance, user behavior, funnel metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Consult and advise on acquisition projects requiring web development input, ensuring collaboration with third parties for high-quality, on-brand execution.
- Leverage programmatic advertising platforms to drive user acquisition and improve conversions through targeted campaigns.
- Implement and manage tracking and tagging solutions on mobile and web platforms to understand customer behavior and support data-driven decision-making for future developments.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience with Tag Management Systems, Google Analytics (preferred), and WordPress. Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, APIs, and tracking methods is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, user acquisition strategies, and e-commerce fundamentals.
- Proven track record of successfully increasing conversion rates through structured testing and optimization programs.
- Proficiency with web and marketing analytics platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or the ability to understand web development processes is a plus.
- Comfortable applying statistical concepts for test evaluation and confident in interpreting results.
- Proactive, creative, and independent, with a curious mindset and broad troubleshooting capabilities.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
