Business Analyst
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and practical experience in leveraging data to drive business decisions.
The right candidate brings a background in the gaming industry or product analytics, with a passion for transforming data into strategic insights.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams ; including product, marketing, and other key stakeholders , to analyze complex datasets and uncover opportunities that enhance user engagement, monetization, and overall business growth.
Your work will play a critical role in shaping product strategies, optimizing player experiences, and informing key decisions across the organization.
Your Impact
Deliver meaningful, data-driven insights through clear presentations, reports, and compelling storytelling to support strategic decision-making across the organization
Interpret player behavior, event strategies, and monetization performance to identify opportunities for growth, improve user retention, and enhance engagement
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes, evaluate performance trends, and distinguish between correlation and causation in user and product data
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new features, user flows, and promotional strategies
Act as a strategic partner to product, marketing, and operations teams by proactively identifying data-driven opportunities, risks, and optimization areas
Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights that inform product development, marketing initiatives, and business strategy
Collaborate closely with product managers, R&D, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to guide product direction and enhance user experiences
Build and maintain intuitive, scalable dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), product health, and business performance metrics
Our Requirements
2–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, performance optimization)
Experience in the gaming industry (preferably mobile, casino, sports betting, or free-to-play)
Solid understanding of analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and retention/engagement metrics
Ability to turn complex data into actionable business recommendations
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
