Acquisition Manager
This role will require a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about Online Media campaigns, Programmatic campaigns, PPC, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Online Media Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimise online media campaigns across various platforms to achieve user acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad creatives tailored to target audiences.
- Stay updated with latest trends in online media to ensure B2Tech remains at the forefront of the industry.
Programmatic Campaign Oversight:
- Manage programmatic buying strategies and DSP partnerships.
- Optimise bid strategies, placements, and audience targeting to ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign budgets to ensure efficient spend.
- Google Search & PPC Management:
- Oversee Google Search campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for keywords, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Manage PPC budgets, bids, and ad placements to achieve the best conversion rates.
- Test and optimize ad copies and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates.
Performance Reporting:
- Produce detailed performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Analyze data to draw insights and make recommendations for optimizations.
- Collaborate with other teams to share insights and drive strategy alignment.
Budget Management:
- Ensure campaigns are executed within budget while achieving performance goals.
- Continuously evaluate the cost-effectiveness of campaigns and optimize for the best ROI.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in online user acquisition or digital marketing, preferably in the sports betting and casino industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, DSP platforms, and other relevant software.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong passion for the sports betting and casino industry.
