B2Tech is looking for a motivated and creative Product Team Leader to lead the development of our online casino and payments offering, serving leading brands in Africa.

You will lead the Product roadmap, work closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders, supervise the execution of roadmap projects, and support new business opportunities.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Overall ownership of the product requirements and roadmaps to meet changing market and competitive needs.
• Develop go-to-market plans for new product features by working closely with marketing, sales, senior management, and key stakeholders.
• Lead a team of product owners and identify continuous improvement opportunities for product management processes.
• Continuously conduct market research and assess how our product measures up against the competition.
• Evaluate other corporate initiatives occurring to determine synergies that should be considered.
• Suggest ways to optimize our product using Data / Analytics.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in iGaming (online casino, sports betting, bingo)
• Experience with B2B casino or aggregation will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Team Leader and at least 4 years as Product Manager.
• Strong organizational, planning, and product management skills with a history of successful execution.
• Team player with demonstrated leadership.
• Experience with Agile development releases.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hebrew.
• Ability to work well under pressure and with dynamic deadlines
