B2Tech is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with advanced networking expertise to design, build, and manage the infrastructure and tools required for deploying, monitoring, and scaling our applications and services.

This role requires deep knowledge of complex network architectures, security best practices, and cloud networking solutions.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance network infrastructure.
• Manage the installation and configuration of solutions, including advanced network components (e.g., load balancers and DNS management).
• Collaborate with developers on software requirements, as well as interpreting test stage data.
• Oversee routine maintenance procedures.
• Document processes and monitor performance metrics.
• Lead network security initiatives, including vulnerability assessments, threat mitigation, and incident response.
• Conform to best practices in network administration.
• Contribute expertise on information system options, risk, and operational impact.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

1. 5+ years of experience as a DevOps, Network Engineer, or related role.
2. Expert-level understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, VLANs, BGP, routing protocols, and firewall management).
3. Hands-on experience with cloud networking services (e.g., AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Networks, GCP VPC).
4. Expertise in Linux/Unix Administration.
5. Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (preferably with on-prem Kubernetes and/or EKS).
6. Ability to code and script with proficiency in languages such as Python, Bash, or Groovy.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills to function effectively in a team.
8. Exceptional analytical, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

OUR PREFERENCES:

• Relevant DevOps and networking certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Advanced Networking, CCNP, or CKA) are a strong plus.
• Fluency in Russian will be considered a distinct advantage.
