Tech Support Engineer

B2Tech is looking for a skilled Tech Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, identifying, and reporting bugs and glitches to ensure seamless platform operation for our partners and customers. If you’re proactive, solutions-driven, and passionate about technology, we’d like to meet you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide Expert Support: Deliver high-quality support services to B2Tech partners and customers across all modules, applications, and channels.
- Service Level Management: Collaborate with the support team to ensure service levels are achieved according to the company’s standards.
- Ticket Management: Serve as the centralized point of contact for tickets related to customer communications, activities, and escalations.
- Knowledge Leadership: Ensure that platform configuration and Operational/Customer Service teams have the tools and knowledge to effectively perform their duties and meet business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and escalate opportunities for improving processes, procedures, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Work Interfaces
- Collaborate with B2Tech HQ management (Tech Support Manager, Head of Customer Service & B2B).
- Coordinate with local operational managers of B2Tech customers across different regions.
- Work closely with technical team leads (Product, DevOps, IT, Marketing) and other B2Tech departments.
- Provide training and technical support to customer service operations.
- Act as a liaison between B2Tech local operations and customer service teams, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service and Support roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sports betting business processes or similar industries.
- Technical Expertise: Previous experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) or IT services, demonstrating a strong technical orientation.
- Training Proficiency: Experience delivering verbal training in business or IT processes.
- Business Applications: Proficiency in business applications, platforms, coding, or related technical fields.
- Financial Acumen: Knowledge or experience in financial, commercial, or sales processes.
