As a Casino Promotions Manager, you'll advocate for the customer experience in the casino vertical, deeply understanding customer motivations and preferences. 

Your insights will help shape a strategic, multichannel communication approach, using engaging campaigns to enhance retention, increase customer satisfaction, and achieve casino-related KPI goals. 

YOUR IMPACT:

• Develop and Maintain Casino Promotions Calendar: Create, request, and execute a comprehensive promotions calendar for the Casino vertical, aligning campaigns with customer interests and business objectives. 
• Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Continuously segment the casino customer base to gain insights and identify segments for targeted promotional campaigns. 
• Collaborate with CRM Team: Work with the CRM team to implement and evaluate casino CRM campaigns, analyzing past performance to inform future strategies.
• Centralized Promotions Planning: Align with local marketing teams to establish a balanced promotions plan, maintaining the right level of centralization and localization for optimal impact.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Ensure all teams (Customer Service, Digital, Affiliates, local marketing) are informed of promotions and any updates in advance.
• Budget Management: Monitor the casino promotions budget to prevent overspending, keeping costs aligned with financial plans.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Promotions and Bonuses Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role, with experience in casino or online gaming promotions preferred.
• Gaming Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of online casino games and products is highly advantageous.
• Technical and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and relevant database tools, with strong analytical skills to track performance and improve promotions.
• Partnership and Relationship Management: Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
