Head of HR
As the Head of HR, you will manage the HR function across multiple countries, developing and executing global HR strategies that align with business objectives. You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and enhance people practices. This role requires strong leadership, deep HR expertise, and a dedication to fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global HR strategy that aligns with company goals.
- Lead and manage global HR initiatives, including HR system implementations.
- Lead global executive recruitment and oversee talent acquisition.
- Drive the design and execution of company-wide HR programs, such as performance management, succession planning, salary reviews, and employee development.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant across regions.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by creating and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on all HR matters.
- Ensure the consistent implementation and standardization of HR policies and procedures across different countries.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including dispute resolution, disciplinary actions, and complex terminations, across various countries.
- Lead and support HR teams globally, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Head of HR or HR Director, managing HR functions across multiple countries and/or regions.
- Extensive knowledge of global HR practices and employment laws.
- Demonstrated success in implementing HR initiatives that drive organizational growth and employee development.
- Expertise in HR processes and programs, including talent management, performance management, and employee development.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment, preferably in tech or gaming.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools for data-driven decision making.
